tachiyomi.cc is an independent archival and informational resource for the Tachiyomi manga reader. The goal is a single, tidy place to download the final Tachiyomi 0.15.3 APK, verify it against a published checksum, and learn how to install and use it. The files we point to are the genuine 0.15.3 release - nothing is repackaged, wrapped in a custom installer, or padded with extras.

What Tachiyomi is

Why Tachiyomi was discontinued

The original project ended on January 13, 2024, following legal pressure involving Kakao Entertainment. The app itself never hosted manga or ran a central catalog, but the project became unsustainable for its volunteer team. Existing installations still work; there are simply no further updates from the original developers. More detail is in the overview on the home page.

The official project

Tachiyomi began in 2015 as an open-source project created by Javier Tomás (known online as inorichi) and grew through the work of a large community of contributors. The original code and its history are preserved publicly. To explore the source, you can visit the official Tachiyomi project on GitHub. This site is independent and is not the project itself.

Privacy

tachiyomi.cc is a static informational website. It has no account system, login or contact form, and it does not ask for or collect personal information from visitors. There are no advertising scripts, analytics trackers or tracking pixels on this site.

As with any website, the hosting provider may keep standard server access logs (for example, IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability. Download buttons link to files hosted on GitHub; once you follow a download link you are subject to that third party's own privacy practices. The Tachiyomi app itself stores your library locally on your device - this site has no access to it.
